SBS has supported clients operating in complex regulatory environments by helping them respond to evolving regulations, cybersecurity and safety requirements, and operational risks, alongside program and project delivery. The addition of a senior governance and regulatory advisor reflects the growing demand for advisors who bring seasoned judgment, regulatory and board level credibility.

MardiLyn is an accomplished board director and former Chief Legal Officer and Senior Vice President of Regulation at NW Natural Holdings and NWN Gas Company.

With more than 20 years of experience guiding regulated, public‑facing organizations, she brings deep expertise in corporate governance, regulatory strategy, environmental policy, crisis management, and enterprise risk. Her addition to our team strengthens SBS’s ability to help clients navigate evolving regulatory expectations, align programs with organizational priorities, and meet long‑term compliance and stakeholder obligations.
