  • Integrated Operations Center (IOC)  - Managed construction and commissioning of IOC to deliver a highly redundant system to control the electrical grid. Designed to replace two of the preexisting integrated systems, and an operational center and become one of two redundant systems between Portland Metro and Tualatin.

  • Owners' Advisory (QA/QC) - Managed Hired to provide QA/QC services within our client's Distributed Energy Resources (DER) team. Our expertise and understanding of solar panel technology and projects provided significant impact to the team's goals to deliver distributed energy solutions in Bellinghan, WA.

  • Horizon 1 Pre-Requisites Program - Managed six foundational projects totaling over $4 million to support the transition to SAP S4 Hana. Efforts included analyzing and implementing software solutions for data handling, mobility management, development security, training material creation, and automated testing. All projects were completed on schedule, laying the groundwork for the Horizon 1 program's success.

  • SOX Reporting Solution Implementation - Delivered a SaaS platform for SOX compliance with streamlined reporting, tracking, auditing, configuration, and training.

  • Customer Order Management System Replacement - Implemented Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Experlogix CPQ, streamlining workflows and enabling future CIS integration.

  • Tactical IT System Upgrades - Provided project management and engineering support for critical IT infrastructure upgrades, including SQL Server, Oracle, and Kronos Telestaff. Focused on enhancing system security, ensuring compliance, and mitigating risk through structured change management processes.

  • Enterprise Telephony Migration to Skype for Business - Deployed Skype for Business across the organization, replacing legacy telephony systems. Delivered end-to-end implementation, including infrastructure setup, user training, and a sustainable support framework with online resources and spare equipment.

  • Data Center Migration and Modernization - Reconfigured and modernized data center operations by migrating from two legacy facilities to three optimized locations. Achieved consolidation, standardization, and improved resource distribution across servers, applications, and connections.

  • Composition Software and Hardware Upgrade - Introduced advanced composition software for designing and managing communications, including bills, notices, and checks. Transitioned in-house printing to a vendor-managed fulfillment center, established audit trails, and implemented detailed tracking and reporting processes.

  • Underground Gas Storage Field Accounting - Supported the Underground Gas Storage Well Integrity Program with field accounting services, procurement planning, cost tracking, and contractor documentation management. Enhanced accuracy and accountability through robust tracking systems.

  • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) Deployment - Designed and implemented a secure, scalable VDI platform, enabling virtual desktop access for internal teams and external partners. Ensured high availability and functionality across multiple business lines with advanced hardware and software integration.

  • Enterprise Architecture Foundations Program - Successfully managed three key projects establishing the architectural foundation for Cloud, Data, and Integration Platforms across the NWN Enterprise. Overcame vendor challenges, reallocating resources to enhance Cloud and Data initiatives, both delivered with expanded scope.

  • Customer Information System (CIS) Hardware Refresh - Replaced IBM iSeries Power7/8 systems and SANs with Power9 systems to support CIS operations. Built an isolated development environment and upgraded critical applications, ensuring compatibility and improving performance.

  • IT Service Management Tool Enhancement - Enhanced the ITSM platform to improve process automation, asset management, and data governance. Expanded support capabilities, reduced technical debt, and delivered advanced reporting and analytics tools for better decision-making.

  • QA Inspections Application Replacement - Replaced an in-house QA Inspections application with a cloud-based vendor solution featuring web and mobile capabilities. The application facilitates inspections across various field work classifications, including customer calls, construction, welding, and emergency responses. Delivered end-to-end workflow mapping, vendor coordination, testing, implementation, and reporting functionalities, ensuring alignment with regulatory and qualification standards. Completed in May 2022.​​
